⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my DEXA + 3D scan today at BodyView Birmingham and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. James was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I actually understood the results rather than just throwing numbers at me. He was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me use the data properly. The session has really locked me in mentally for the long term, this isn’t a one-off for me anymore. I’ll definitely be continuing with BodyView as part of my fitness and health journey, and I’m already looking forward to future sessions. I was seen by James who explained everything we were about to do very clearly and checked my understanding. The Dexa scan was 4 minutes and the VO2 test a little longer and both were done professionally and with care. James then took time to explain in detail the results and what I could do to Improve some of them. Would definitely recommend and have paid and rebooked for a follow up session.
