He made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I actually understood the results rather than just throwing numbers at me. He was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me use the data properly. The session has really locked me in mentally for the long term, this isn’t a one-off for me anymore.
