Complaints

We have a formal complaints process in place to ensure that your concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved to your satisfaction. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us learn and improve. We will respond to your initial complaint within two working days, and keep in regular contact with you while we answer your complaint in detail within 25 working days.
