Very positive experience. Kevin was extremely friendly and professional and put me totally at ease. He went through my results thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. I would not hesitate to return.

I booked the Dexa Body package to give me a baseline for my current health issues. The venue in Southampton was very clean and Cait, who was discussing each element of the scan, answered every question with supporting information and some guidance for the areas that needed work, including possible tests that might be useful for perimenopause and so on. No pressure, great information. There was loads to think off, to the point that I forgot to take my raincoat with me. It was swiftly sent back by Jo, who arranged postage and provided tracking for me. Service provided was focused, comfortable, informative. I felt listened. The test was for my private health improvement journey, but if I were an athlete, I would come back right here.

Adam explained each part of the test very well, putting me at ease. Was not expecting to walk away also paying for progress scans but was blown away by the output and looking forward to coming back to see my progress.

Great and informative appointment and scan. Kevin was fantastic. He explained what would happen (the scan was only a few minutes) and he took the time to understand what my interest/concerns/current exercise habits were. He went through the key metrics with me immediately after the scan and gave me some great tips for achieving my health and fitness goals. The report then came through immediately.
