I had a great experience at Body View. Cait was very welcoming and knowledgeable. As I'm late perimenopausal, I choose to have a body composition and bone density scan and with both scans I felt at ease. Cait shared the results afterwards and answered all my questions well. I will book the body composition again for six months time to view my progress, the bone density is due in eighteen months. I had a Dexa VO2 max assessment today with Cait and Lilly at Bodyview Fareham. They were friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable . They talked me through each part of the assessment and what to expect and were thorough with their discussion of my results. They were encouraging and motivating throughout and left me with a clear understanding of my current fitness level and how to progress to future goals .
