- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to a share of the appointment cost. This fee is
necessary as it is often too late to fill the appointment slot at short notice, resulting in lost revenue and resources

- Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival for the appointment
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card made on the website
- Prices for services are clearly displayed on our website or provided upon inquiry
