Great experience at Bristol BodyView with Lily today. The results showed high visceral fat ( not a surprise) and hopefully this will give me the kick I need to finally do something about it. What a brilliant service! Jenna did both an RMR and Dexa scan for me in BodyView Southampton. The insights these gave me into understanding my body were amazing and will help me plan and achieve my health goals. The environment at BodyView is great and Jenna was super helpful and enthusiastic. It’s easy to find, plenty of parking and I felt really welcome from the second I walked in the door. Also, I loved the artwork! I will definitely be back to check on my progress in a few months.

We discussed my results after and I now have a better understanding of how I can improve my fitness.
