I had a DEXA Body and Bone scan with Jack. I am 66 and was interested to know how my body is ageing and to find out if I have Osteoporosis like my mother. Jack explained the procedure clearly and made sure I understood the results of my report. I found the whole experience very positive and motivating and I came away with a plan of action. I have booked a follow up scan at a discounted rate. I would highly recommend.

I’d never had anything like this done before and found it incredibly interesting! I stopped running about a year ago due to an injury and have been focusing on strength training instead, so it was great to see how that has helped maintain my fitness, as well as highlight the areas where I still need some improvement.
