It was my first time getting a DEXA scan. It was very easy and very efficient. The results are really useful. I will be using this BodyView service again. I already purchased my next appointment with them.

I had a Dexa scan today with Cait. The whole experience was excellent and Cait was very helpful and informative.

First Jo (customer service) was absolutely lovely and helped me book my appointment as well as figure out which was the best package to choose based on my goals / needs. I’m just at the start of my fitness journey and also wear the hijab. Jo explained that I did not need to be an athlete to have the vo2max test done and helped me find the closest center with a female consultant to run the tests. Cait was phenomenal. She explained the tests throughly as well as my results. It’s not easy as someone who is obese and a hijabi to walk into spaces like yours and feel welcomed and accepted. I’m usually advised not to bother doing it or to lose weight and get fit first before even attempting to. Looking forward to my next visit with Cait to measure my progress. My advice would be to have clearer information on the website encouraging none athletes to get the tests done as a baseline, get advice to inform their training and measure progress over time.

Great assessment and really comprehensive experience. Jack was great a true professional, explained everything clearly and outlined my results in an excellent way. Jenna was also brilliant. Dexa and VO2 max tests were very thorough. Would recommend for anyone looking to understand their body or performance better.

Saleh was excellent, explained the report very well and provided clear next steps. I enjoyed the process and look forward to returning to check my progress.

I had excellent service here. The scan itself is super useful. I am so pleased/proud that I did this scan. It's the best decision I made for my health and well-being in recent years. The dexa scan itself took perhaps 10 minutes but Jenna took time and went over every single detail in my body composition report, providing me explanations, guidance and actionable tips to help me achieve my ideal body. I was lucky yo have such a knowledgeable consultant. I'll do this regularly and highly recommend Bodyview Southampton to anyone taking their health seriously.

My scans were done by Jenna and the whole process is very smooth. The reports are detailed and easy to understand, and the scan-to-scan progress comparisons are also very helpful. Plus Jenna herself is so positive and encouraging!
