Booked in for a DEXA scan, wanted more insight into fat mass, body fat percentage, lean mass etc. and how knowing this information can help knowing vital data to train better and an accurate calorie deficit to be in. I had my appointment with Saleh who was very good, they run through the report once that scan is completed and everything is explained very well. They have many other services available, the clinic is easy to find and has parking nearby. Id highly recommend it and looking forward to my follow up scan to monitor progress!

I had a DEXA scan at BodyView today at their Oxford Circus branch. The whole atmosphere felt very welcoming and Ryan approached the appointment with a well explained manner. The appointment took about 30-40 minutes to complete with the Scan only taking around 3-4 minutes itself, the rest was Ryan explaining all the data that the DEXA had compiled from the scan. I found it very interesting and I look forward to using these results to aid in my own fitness goals! Highly recommend and will be coming back in 6 months to measure my progress!
