An amazing experience for anyone who just wants to get some accurate health markers and what tweaks need to be adopted to help with longevity, health and body composition. I was pleasantly surprised to see the results and the amount of lean mass was great. My coach was also excited to see the results and was a good talking point for our weekly checkpoint. I'll definitely be back in the next 6-9 months to get another reading next time I'm down to London. Kevin was superb in explaining the output as there's quite a bit of complexity where he took the time to explain each of the sections in detail. It was a double bonus that Kevin is a trained Nutritionist giving me pointers around the protein intake which was refreshing knowing that I could still make progress on consuming slightly less protein than what my coach has prescribed to me. All in all a worthwhile trip and definitely value for money.

I had a great experience at Body View. Cait was very welcoming and knowledgeable. As I'm late perimenopausal, I choose to have a body composition and bone density scan and with both scans I felt at ease. Cait shared the results afterwards and answered all my questions well. I will book the body composition again for six months time to view my progress, the bone density is due in eighteen months. I can recommend Body View to anyone who is looking to get a clear insight of certain aspects of their health. You're in good hands with Cait.

A really great experience at BodyView Southampton with Cait. To start with, I was nervous about the vo2 but Cait immediately made me feel really relaxed and confident. She explained my report very clearly, and I'm excited about how I'm going to use this information to step up my training and really get the best out of it. I had a truly fabulous appointment with Jack today. The facility was easy to find with good parking and was very clean. Of course I wasn't going to BodyView for the parking, I was going there for a DEXA scan with a focus on the measurement of muscle mass and fat mass in particular. There was the scan itself which was dead straightforward but it was Jack''s skill and competence in interpreting the scan results which I needed to tap into. As someone that likes to take the science of lifting seriously I was blown away by Jack's knowledge, he was clearly able to interpret the scan results with ease but was also very skilled in answering the left-field questions I had. I was extremely impressed with everything that BodyView and Jack had to offer and I am already looking forward to my progress scan in March where I am sure that the guidance Jack provided will have resulted in the body changes that I require.

Really glad I did as the scan is excellent at presenting the information in a clear and concise manner and more importantly, a route map for how and where to improve.
