My experience went very well. I’ve never been or had a Dexa scan before. Ashley was very good in explaining the process and what I needed to do. He was calm and professional in all aspects of his role. The results feedback was given in a good clear manner which allowed me to get a good understanding of them with little need to ask questions. I recommend this place if you are looking for a professional approach, a friendly atmosphere and a thorough check of your body and capabilities. I used the Athlet package, which contains all the offered forms of testing and is satisfied with both the course of the tests and the results themselves. I took these tests to know where I am at the moment and taking into account my result of 100% (not counting low body fat) I think it's a great starting point. And that's what I wanted during this visit.
