I had my DEXA scan and fitness assessment recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lily was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable and informative.

Came in 6 months after an injury and surgery, with the aim of looking at symmetry on both sides of my body. Jenna was excellent! Explained the process in detail and was very knowledgable. Getting to run through all of the details of the scans at the end was very insightful. Will be going back in the next few months to check progress!

Nice facilities, plenty of parking. Appointment was on time and scan was quick. Easy to understand report, which was helpfully projected on the screen & I was provided. with a written copy. Caitlin was friendly & professional.

I was very happy with the way my DEXA scan was carried out. Lily took time to explain the results to me, so all in all, a positive experience.

Cait was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and talked me through the results of my tests in real detail. The only other thing I would want is to have all the personalised recommendations added to my report which provides the data really clearly but does not go so far as to give me a recommended action plan for improving my athletic performance. Cait provided lots of suggestions however but either a transcript or recording would have been really helpful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had a great experience at BodyView Richmond. Ashley is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable. The treatments are carried out to a high standard, and the results have been excellent. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and well-organised. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.

I had a really positive experience with Jack at BodyView Guildford - he outlined very clearly how the scan would happen (it only took a few minutes and was actually quite relaxing!) and was then happy to explain in detail afterwards the results of my scan. These results are shown on a large computer monitor which for me was easier to take in the information rather than if only a printout had been provided. I really appreciated the answers to my questions and the fact that Jack spent extra time beyond the 40 minute appointment slot to help me understand my post-scan report. Jack is very easygoing, down-to-earth and approachable and I look forward to returning for follow-ups in the future!

Loved the session I booked with Adam at BodyView. Adam was extremely professional and knowledgable, and was able to answer all of my questions. Adam explained each part of the test very well, putting me at ease. Was not expecting to walk away also paying for progress scans but was blown away by the output and looking forward to coming back to see my progress.

Quick and professional. Many friends getting diagnosed with osteoporosis. There's loads of treatment available, so worth having a scan since you can reverse it. After 40 mins, had the report and a discussion. I gave the printed report to GP but could also access online.
