My experience here was excellent. Jack explained the process clearly, was very polite and friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout, and he was very generous with his time going through the results and answering my many questions.

I had my first ever DEXA scan today at BodyView's Bristol branch and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Lilly was fantastic throughout the appointment. She was welcoming, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before, during, and after the scan. She made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable, and was happy to answer all of my questions in detail. The scan itself was quick, straightforward, and surprisingly easy. What impressed me most was the detailed explanation of the results afterwards. The report itself was extremely informative and comprehensive, providing a wealth of information about body composition, muscle mass, body fat distribution, bone density, and much more. Rather than simply handing over a report, Lilly walked me through everything, helping me understand the data and what it means in practical terms. The facilities were spotless and maintained to a very high standard, which added to the overall positive experience. If you're considering a DEXA scan, I would highly recommend BodyView Bristol. The service was professional, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning in the future for a progress scan.

She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable and informative.

Came in 6 months after an injury and surgery, with the aim of looking at symmetry on both sides of my body. Jenna was excellent! Explained the process in detail and was very knowledgable. Getting to run through all of the details of the scans at the end was very insightful. Will be going back in the next few months to check progress!

Nice facilities, plenty of parking. Appointment was on time and scan was quick. Easy to understand report, which was helpfully projected on the screen & I was provided. with a written copy. Caitlin was friendly & professional.

I was very happy with the way my DEXA scan was carried out. Lily took time to explain the results to me, so all in all, a positive experience.

Cait was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and talked me through the results of my tests in real detail. The only other thing I would want is to have all the personalised recommendations added to my report which provides the data really clearly but does not go so far as to give me a recommended action plan for improving my athletic performance. Cait provided lots of suggestions however but either a transcript or recording would have been really helpful.

The treatments are carried out to a high standard, and the results have been excellent. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and well-organised. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.

I had a really positive experience with Jack at BodyView Guildford - he outlined very clearly how the scan would happen (it only took a few minutes and was actually quite relaxing!) and was then happy to explain in detail afterwards the results of my scan. These results are shown on a large computer monitor which for me was easier to take in the information rather than if only a printout had been provided. I really appreciated the answers to my questions and the fact that Jack spent extra time beyond the 40 minute appointment slot to help me understand my post-scan report. Jack is very easygoing, down-to-earth and approachable and I look forward to returning for follow-ups in the future!
