We visited BodyView today for a joint DEXA body composition scan — purely out of curiosity about our health — and we're so glad we did. Jack was brilliant from start to finish; knowledgeable, friendly, and really great at walking us through the results in a way that actually made sense. It's a lot of detailed information to take in, but Jack made the whole experience feel relaxed and approachable rather than overwhelming. If you've been on the fence about booking, just go for it — it's one of those things you'll wish you'd done sooner. We'll definitely be looking to come back for a follow-up scan to track our progress.

I'm delighted that I did this. I do a fair amount of exercise and eat well so had imagined that all was pretty much ok with bone density. It was good to find out that all was not as it seemed and there is an area needing extra work ( delivered well by Rob ). The body fat was also really helpful and gives a measure for next time. I attended BodyView yesterday for a body composition scan. Jack performed the scan and talked me through the very detailed report afterwards. If you're thinking about this service but are unsure - just do it, you'll wish you'd done it a long time ago! Jack was very patient (I had a fair few questions) and did a great job of helping me understand the scan output, and how I could use this to help achieve my own goals. I'll definitely be back in a few months for a comparison scan to check on my progress. Just to give some context: I'm not a sportsman or athlete, just a regular guy wishing to improve my body composition and overall health. I recommend this service for anyone looking to make positive changes to their health. I just wish I'd 'found' it sooner.
