I had a DEXA performance bundle today at Bodyview Bristol and it was great. Lilly did a fantastic job looking after me and explained all my results really clearly. The data is going to help me hugely with my training, and it was also gratifying to know my hard work is paying dividends because my longevity score was very strong. I also came away with an action plan which explained clearly what I need to do to maintain and further improve my results. Already signed up for my follow up scan and can't wait to see how my results compare in 6 months.
