I’d never had anything like this done before and found it incredibly interesting! I stopped running about a year ago due to an injury and have been focusing on strength training instead, so it was great to see how that has helped maintain my fitness, as well as highlight the areas where I still need some improvement. Sean was excellent, he went through all my results with me and made sure I fully understood what they meant. He was also more than happy to answer any questions, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was cheerful, patient, and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this to others and look forward to going back in the future to see how my results change! (Side note: the building where body view Manchester is located is stunning and smells incredible!!!!)

Very professional service and recommended! Set in a beautiful building 4floor.. All high tech equipment with a great treadmill. Sean was great and gave great advice and encouragement…Well worth a visit..!
