All very easy from initial email enquiries to booking and then on the day. Information from the scan and VO2 test will be invaluable over the coming weeks and months. Only minor criticism is the lack of pedal clips/ straps on the bike for VO2 test. Feet were slipping off so hoping that gets sorted for the next test.

I recommend this place if you are looking for a professional approach, a friendly atmosphere and a thorough check of your body and capabilities. I used the Athlet package, which contains all the offered forms of testing and is satisfied with both the course of the tests and the results themselves. I took these tests to know where I am at the moment and taking into account my result of 100% (not counting low body fat) I think it's a great starting point. And that's what I wanted during this visit.
