I had the dexa osteoporosis scan today and it was worth every penny as it showed i have osteopenia and as Cait pointed out i can do something about it now before it gets to be osteoporosis. Would recommend it to anyone.Thank you so much Cait for explaining my results, and answering all my questions, I really appreciated it. Lovely seeing you again.

The experience I had at BodyView was exceptional from start to finish. Jenna was kind, thoughtful and very professional. Cait was brilliant in both her knowledge and the way she conducted the whole appointment. I felt safe during the scan and she gave verbal feedback and results very quickly. One warning however. The only toilet facility is within the consulting room suite, with none available in or near the waiting room. If you have driven a long way to the appointment (and you don't know this is advance) this could be very awkward for you. Hence the four stars.

This was a really useful exercise. I'm a 65 year old bloke and I had the body composition, 3D scan, DEXA Scan, RMR and Vo2 Max bundle. I wanted to know how I could improve my running performance, what my physical characteristics were in relation to achieving that aim, and what I needed to do to improve. The data generated by the tests was far better than anything I'd received from either the NHS or private health screenings I'd had years ago ex. I now have benchmarks to work against. Cait Bunn ran my tests. She is high high level cross fit competitor and sports science graduate, and was therefore able to give me really useful tips around my diet and exercise routine, so that I can achieve my aims. Very interesting and very useful. I can now have a plan! Cheers!
