BodyView Southampton

I had a great visit to BodyView Southampton. Cait was very friendly knowledgeable about health, body composition and interpreting the results. I've now developed a plan based on the consultation that will help me achieve my goals. I will visit again to see what differences I have made to my visceral fat, bone density and muscle mass based on the changes I have made.

I had a Dexa VO2 max assessment today with Cait and Lilly at Bodyview Fareham. They were friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable . They talked me through each part of the assessment and what to expect and were thorough with their discussion of my results. They were encouraging and motivating throughout and left me with a clear understanding of my current fitness level and how to progress to future goals . Would highly an assessment by Cait and Lilly if you are interested in a Dexa VO2 max assessment .

The report I received was detailed and very helpful. Cait was very helpful.and gave me great advice on how to improve my results. Wish I'd done it sooner.

Cait was brilliant in both her knowledge and the way she conducted the whole appointment. I felt safe during the scan and she gave verbal feedback and results very quickly. One warning however. The only toilet facility is within the consulting room suite, with none available in or near the waiting room. If you have driven a long way to the appointment (and you don't know this is advance) this could be very awkward for you. Hence the four stars.

Cait explained the whole process prior to the examination, and provided a full report and verbal explanation of the results after. The costs were very favorable too.
