Great experience doing both a Dexa Scan and a VO2 Max test. They have upgraded the bike to a swift trainer which makes it much easier to do an accurate test on the bike. Facilities are great and staff very friendly I would highly recommend using them

I will book the body composition again for six months time to view my progress, the bone density is due in eighteen months.
