BodyView Southampton

I recently had a DEXA scan at BodyView Southampton and it was a fantastic experience. I've been working hard to improve my fitness over the course of this year and was curious to learn my exact body composition to help guide my future training. Cait, the consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the appointment. She gladly made time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand every metric of my scan results, ensuring I left feeling empowered with knowledge of what I needed to focus on moving forwards. I will absolutely be returning in future for a follow-up scan to measure my progress! Thank you Cait and BodyView!

Jenna is awesome! She did my dexa scan. We had a good laugh with it and she was very informative when explaining my results.

6 month review, really pleased with the service

Fantastic experience - Cait was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very well run and efficient, and the data and analysis of my results was very clear and gave me some excellent actionable insights that I will be using moving forward. I would highly recommend BodyView and will certainly be back for a follow up in due course to see how i am progressing with my fitness and body composition goals.

Superb experience today with Cait for my VO2 Max booking. Professional, helpful, knowledgable and put my mind at rest straight away. Explained results in detail and nothing was too much trouble. Helped me understand how the results will assist my Ironman Training. Booked a Dexa Scan for next week.

A really great experience at BodyView Southampton with Cait. To start with, I was nervous about the vo2 but Cait immediately made me feel really relaxed and confident. She explained my report very clearly, and I'm excited about how I'm going to use this information to step up my training and really get the best out of it. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be returning! 10/10!
