I visited BodyView yesterday and the whole process was well organised and informative. Jack put me at my ease immediately explaining exactly what would happen and discussing why I had come along. My reason for making an appointment was to get a baseline for all the unknowns with a view to improving those that were not what they should be ..and taking comfort from those that looked reasonably positive. Jack was calm and knowledgeable ,taking considerable time to explain the results in a clear way and making sure I understood all the figures and findings. He was approachable and friendly and made sure I had fully grasped all the information in one section before moving on. All in all it was a very positive experience and it is now up to me to improve some of my results before I return to BodyView for an update ! Many thanks.
