How long does it take?
The test itself takes about 10 minutes for the DEXA scan, 20 minutes for the Fat Max test, 30 minutes for the RMR test, and an additional 5-10 minutes for the 3D body scan. Please allow up to 1 hour 40 minutes for the appointment as we spend the remaining time explaining the results fully.
