Incredibly positive experience, highly recommend. My wife and I both got scanned twice in 2mo with Rob to measure our progress towards some aggressive goals before attending a friend's wedding. Well worth the cost to see exact grams of lean muscle vs. fat in different sections of the body, as well as imbalances between left/right sides and where you stack against their general population of data. The data from the scans was great, but the most useful (and most surprising) benefit was the consultation with Rob after the scan. I've done a fair amount of research on optimising my workouts and nutrition to reduce body fat %, but in retrospect I was too focused on calorie cutting and was losing muscle in the process. With Rob's advice and recommended fitness/nutrition resources I was able to gain 7lbs of lean muscle while losing 1lb of fat within 2mo (all while working out at home with dumbbells only!). Without his guidance I'd probably still be starving myself at 1600 calories a day, and I definitely wouldn't be as strong as I am now. I'll be going back for progress scans every few months or so to ensure I maintain good progress. Without the scans it's really difficult to tell whether my weight is going up weekly because of fat, muscle or both. Great investment in my personal health to eliminate the guess work.

This was my first time having a dexa Bodyscan and I travelled all the way down from Birmingham for the privilege.....from start to finish my experience was amazing. All the staff members were polite and courteous guiding me to the appropriate area. Rob, who did my scan and initial consultation, was awesome! He made me feel at ease from the get go and took the time to go over everything in depth and ask if I had any questions. If it's your first scan it is a lot of information to take in at first and can feel a little mind boggling but with how Rob explained it to me I left feeling a lot clearer with what I needed to do to improve me numbers! All in all a great experience and I will definately go back for progress scans. This was at the Marylebone location.

I booked an initial scan at the beginning of a weight loss journey to gain some base data and an understanding of the condition of my body. The initial session with Kevin was brilliant, his product knowledge was exceptional, talking me through the equipment, how the scan actually works and answered all of my questions. This continued during the consultation after when Kevin’s exceptional industry knowledge showed, talking me through all the results in some detail and I came away with such useful hints, tips and guidance which was far beyond what I expected or could have asked for.
