I had booked a 3D Dexa and body composition scan, and very quickly put at ease by the staff. I was also exceptionally happy with the personalised results that I received. Going through every detail with Cait was so helpful, she was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions to improve my overall fitness and strength. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone.

I visited BodyView yesterday and the whole process was well organised and informative. Jack put me at my ease immediately explaining exactly what would happen and discussing why I had come along. My reason for making an appointment was to get a baseline for all the unknowns with a view to improving those that were not what they should be ..and taking comfort from those that looked reasonably positive. Jack was calm and knowledgeable ,taking considerable time to explain the results in a clear way and making sure I understood all the figures and findings. He was approachable and friendly and made sure I had fully grasped all the information in one section before moving on. All in all it was a very positive experience and it is now up to me to improve some of my results before I return to BodyView for an update ! Many thanks. I had my first Dexa scan with Jack yesterday . The scan was straightforward but the really interesting part was going through the various data points with Jack . His knowledge and understanding made a real difference . His analysis gave me a really good insight into where my body is at both good and bad . The simple action plan at the end highlighted the specific areas I need to focus on to improve my overall health and a very accurate baseline to measure my progress against . Looking forward to going back in a few months .
