I had long considered having a DEXA scan and finally decided to proceed. It was very worthwhile. I discovered that overall I was not as overweight as I thought, in medical terms, since the DEXA revealed I had 6+ kg more muscle than the gym scales estimated. Also I was pleased to see my bone density is very healthy. I am now feeling highly motivated to attain the goal weight suggested in my DEXA report. Knowledge is power, as the saying goes.

A valuable insight into your personal health from a different perspective. I was pleasantly surprised by some aspects of the report and mildly disappointed at other aspects. Overall I was pleased to identify how I can improve in certain areas of my body composition whilst maintaining my current fitness regime to preserve muscle and bone density. I will definitely be revisiting Bodyview in the next few months to see if changes I intend to implement succeed in improving my scores.
