The scan process was entirely as described online so in line with expectations eg very easy/convenient and delivering exactly the detailed report that I needed. The surprising added value came from Kevin who provided a very comprehensive analysis of my stats demonstrating his clear knowledge and expertise. I hadn't initially booked a follow up session but I did so purely on the strength of his service and advice regarding what improvements I could make to my exercise regime. I hope he's still involved when I revist in a few months
