Cameron was very professional explaining the procedure fully to me and the scan itself was comfortable and straight forward. He then fully explained every aspect of the results showing me on the laptop and was careful to explain the results. He helped me to formulate an action plan for my ongoing treatment based on my scan. It was good to see that I had lost a sizable amount of visceral fat but I still have a long way to go. I very much recommend people to have the scan at the start of any weight loss program. An enjoyable experience.

100% worth it: I got the bone scan to see the condition of my bones given I am well into perimenopause and am considering HRT. It also did my whole body composition in terms of fat vs muscle which was good to know.

Our DEXA (body composition and osteoporosis) scans were carried out by Rob Webster, who clearly enjoys his work and is extremely good at it! Cait was brilliant in both her knowledge and the way she conducted the whole appointment. I felt safe during the scan and she gave verbal feedback and results very quickly. One warning however. The only toilet facility is within the consulting room suite, with none available in or near the waiting room. If you have driven a long way to the appointment (and you don't know this is advance) this could be very awkward for you. Hence the four stars.

He explained the test before we started, was able to answer all of my pre-scan questions, and then did a fantastic job of going through my results. Kevin is highly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in translating this precision technology to the individual. Cannot recommend the service highly enough and the insights provided are just so important for general health, performance and longevity. I now have a dataset to benchmark all my future scans against for shorter term goals but also for decades to come - (Lean Mass, Bone Mass etc) Another major point I appreciate is this service does not act as a gatekeeper to DEXA technology - what I am so used to back in Ireland - services are very slow to allow ‘self-referral’ and they have this innate myopia in which they cannot understand why healthy people with ambition would want or need access to this tech. Cameron made me welcome and he was polite. He explained everything in detail to me and made feel comfortable. After the scan he made comparisons with my previous two scans (2023/2024) highlighting the improvements and how they impact my health. It was hard work on my part and it paid off.
