Had a fantastic experiencing getting a DEXA scan at Bodyscan City! Kevin was incredibly welcoming and insightful. He broke down every statistic and acronym so that I understood everything. He also provided me with the nutrition and exercise advice that I needed to get back into the routine of healthy eating and exercise. The environment is well decorated, clean and pleasant to be in. The scan itself is straightforward and nothing to be worried about. I’d even go as far as saying it’s somewhat relaxing. The scan was worth every penny and I’ll definitely be returning for a progress scan in the future.

I recently had a body scan at BodyScan (City of London - Cornhill near Bank), and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Kevin. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and he took the time to explain the results of my scan in detail. Kevin was very knowledgeable about body scans, and he was able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise way. He also made sure to address any concerns I had, and he gave me some helpful advice on how to improve my overall health. I was particularly impressed with the amount of time that Kevin spent with me. He didn't rush through the process, and he made sure that I understood everything before I left. I really appreciated his dedication to providing excellent customer service. Very efficient and super easy process to engage with. This is also a very data driven exercise so theres no sugar coating your results if this is a first time visit. Rob did a great job of getting details of the big picture before the scan, and afterwards of explaining what the results meant and exactly what to do to see desired improvements. Yes he did push me to book in at least one new scan, but if you dont then how will you check your improvement against the very information you came to check in the first place? I booked another !

Pre scan everything was good, in terms of communication/ venue/ punctuality etc. A brief chat with Rob before the scan, then the scan itself only took a few minutes, after which Rob took plenty of time to understand my objectives, make sure i had a thorough understanding of the results, and then combine the two into a forward looking plan. Having modified my diet and exercise regime earlier in the year, I was keen to see if my efforts had yielded positive results. Bodyscan is the perfect tool to measure body fat, muscle and bone density - Rob guided us through the process and whilst the scan itself took just a few minutes, Rob spent plenty of time interpreting the results and explaining which areas we needed to focus on (in a completely non-judgmental way). My husband is at the start of his health and fitness journey, so he will be able to monitor his progress very easily with future scan results. Highly recommended
