The whole bodyscan experience lived up to my expectations. Rob, who conducted the test was very welcoming and, at the end of the test, gave me a really in-depth appraisal of the test results. I was very impressed and the information gleaned has given me a great baseline to progress from. Will be returning in 12 months for a follow-up scan.

Really happy with my experiences through Bodyscan. Booked my initial one because I had tipped over into the overweight BMI category and wanted to see what was going on under the hood. My wife I went to Bodyscan for our first DEXA Scan. Everything about the service is first-class, from our trying to find a very short-notice booking for 2 people, in an evening (Joanna on email was fantastic, and so helpful) - to the clear instructions on where to arrive, when, wearing what etc... Our scan itself was done by Kevin, who is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and really takes the time to make sure you understand the results, what they mean for you, what you might work on, and how to achieve those results. It was that insight we found most beneficial - being lumped with a load of data isn't always helpful. But Kevin deciphering and bringing it to life is what made me leave motivated to do something about improving the results for our next scan in 2 months! Would definitely and highly recommend Bodyscan for anyone wanting to learn more about their body composition. Especially if you're undergoing any form of change (diet, exercise etc) - it's so helpful having a baseline, and being able to target exactly what you're working on, or looking to change.

Had an excellent session with Kevin; dexa scan and consultation. Was seen promptly upon arrival. Went in with fairly low expectations - just interested to see dexa scan results as a baseline for motivating me this year. However the session far exceeded those expectations. The real value add was Kevin’s consultation, he took the time to explain results clearly, answer any questions, and make practical suggestions of focus areas over the coming months. Great session with Rob today, I thought I knew what was going on with my body, how wrong was I! Some great practical advice from Rob, he is very easy to talk to and not overbearing at all, just good solid practical KPI’s. Of course I wish I had done this sooner, but at 56 the good news is if I follow the advice given in 4 months I will be well on the road to a healthier version of me. I also must give credit to the booking team. I had a challenge with my diary to get this slotted in and they were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this process to everyone even if you are super fit as you don’t know what’s lurking below unless you have this scan.
