A very useful exercise with Philip , provided me with an accurate indication on visceral fat, comforting to know I don’t have a hidden issue. Also provided confirmation on current muscle mass levels and a great discussion with Philip about how to improve that metric via nutrition and exercise.

Great experience today at Bodyscan, I first found out about this company approx 4 years ago and have been wanting to get this done ever since so finally this year I've committed to getting into shape and using Bodyscan to track my progress. The clinic is a nice clean environment and Rob was fantastic, he explained all of the data extremely well and listened to my goals, tailoring a nice achievable calorie deficit and fat loss target. I'm now looking forward to getting the hard work done and visiting again later this year for my progress scan!

Fantastic service! Kevin introduced himself professionally and provided the initial consultation. I felt very comfortable straight away. Kevin broke down the scan into logical sense and also looked at achievable goals in a realistic time frame. I'm looking forward to my next scan to see the progress. I really recommend the body scan, we had a lovely chat with Rob who did it for us and then sat us down to go through the results. REMEMBER: our body capacity to store fat is nearly unlimited- so ******* limit it with your workout, diet, good sleep and adherence! Do scan to have a clear goal where you wanna be!

I was looking to confirm my body composition before embarking on a new weight training program. Bodyscan seemed like the perfect way to do this. Very quick and simple to book a session and reasonably priced. Rob, the operator, was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. Scan took about 3 minutes to complete then another few minutes to print out. Rob then went through the whole report explaining each section and how to interpret it. We then went through ways to reach my goals and how to achieve them. Great service and expertise. Can highly recommend
