REMEMBER: our body capacity to store fat is nearly unlimited- so ******* limit it with your workout, diet, good sleep and adherence! Do scan to have a clear goal where you wanna be!

I was looking to confirm my body composition before embarking on a new weight training program. Bodyscan seemed like the perfect way to do this. Very quick and simple to book a session and reasonably priced. Rob, the operator, was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. Scan took about 3 minutes to complete then another few minutes to print out. Rob then went through the whole report explaining each section and how to interpret it. We then went through ways to reach my goals and how to achieve them. Great service and expertise. Can highly recommend
