Had a Dexa scan along with a friend/colleague with Sean. The amount of detail Sean went through to explain each part was fantastic and offered excellent advice going forward. We will certainly be doing a progress check in down the line

Sean was excellent at explaining the report, its implications and what I can do to improve. I would highly recommend having the scan to aid understanding of your body composition and bone density.

I’d never had anything like this done before and found it incredibly interesting! I stopped running about a year ago due to an injury and have been focusing on strength training instead, so it was great to see how that has helped maintain my fitness, as well as highlight the areas where I still need some improvement. Sean was excellent, he went through all my results with me and made sure I fully understood what they meant. He was also more than happy to answer any questions, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was cheerful, patient, and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this to others and look forward to going back in the future to see how my results change! (Side note: the building where body view Manchester is located is stunning and smells incredible!!!!)
