It's simple, to be in with a chance of winning, you must be a BodyView VO2 Max customer and have completed your paid test on or before 31st May 2024.
How it works
When you book a BodyView VO2 Max test and achieve a superior fitness level, you automatically become eligible for our exclusive competition. The top 5 superior fitness contestants, determined by overall VO2 Max scores, will be invited to the final event – the "Peak Performer Showdown," scheduled shortly after 1st June 2024.
The final showdown will feature a challenging VO2 Max test designed for top athletes, where they'll compete for the grand prize of £1500 cash, a prestigious trophy, and the coveted title of "BodyView Peak Performer" winner.
What is a VO2 Max
The VO2 Max test is a comprehensive assessment that measures an individual's maximum oxygen consumption during intense exercise. This test provides valuable insights into cardiovascular fitness, aerobic capacity, and endurance performance.
How a VO2 Max Test is conducted
The test is typically performed on a treadmill, involving progressively increasing exercise intensity. Gas Analysis: Respiratory gases, including oxygen and carbon dioxide, are analysed to determine the volume of oxygen consumed during exercise. Heart Rate Monitoring: Heart rate is closely monitored to assess cardiovascular response to increasing exercise intensity.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
- To enter the competition, you must be a BodyView VO2 Max customer and have completed your paid test on or before 31st May, 2024.
- Entrants must have achieved a superior ranking on the VO2 Max test and provided consent for the publication of their results online, on social media, and in the press.
- The top 5 Overall VO2 Max Scores, based on individual test scores, will be invited for the final face-off. Failure to attend may result in disqualification, and the opportunity may be offered to the next runner-up.
- BodyView is not liable for any loss or injury incurred during the competition. It is a tough competition designed for superior contestants.
- The winner will be selected based on their VO2 Max score at the final, and all test results on the day are deemed final.
- In the event of a tiebreaker with two identical scores, the prize fund will be split.
