I attended the clinic today for a baseline DEXA with Rob. Rob was friendly, professional and clear throughout, guiding me through the process and the outcomes of the scan slowly and professionally, but in a very human way. Although eye opening and a bit daunting, seeing the data with your own eyes (rather than just what you see in the mirror) is extremely motivational. We discussed ways for me to improve my results and our plan for the next 6 months. I will be returning in 6 months time for a follow up... which in itself is a great motivator. No question was too big and Rob was very patient, knowledgeable and encouraging - taking the time to learn about what brought me to Bodyscan and whats driving me / my goals. I look forward to my follow up in May and hopefully seeing the benefits from today's session.

Arthur was absolutely brilliant today, walked me through a massive quantity of data to get me setup at the start of a fat cutting phase. Really simple explanations for the information on the page and what it meant for me and my goals and a really nice guy on top of that. One thing that really stood out for me was no hard sell on coming back for another scan super soon, it was all focused on helping me hit my goals and coming back at a set point we agreed made the most sense, would recommend to anyone interested in fitness or health.

I had the full Athletic bundle this morning with Jenna. As soon as I walked into the facility and met her I knew I was in safe and highly competent hands. The facilities are exceptionally clean and I loved the styling. The testing was enjoyable albeit the VO2MAX was very hard (it’s supposed to be!). After the testing Jenna went through the very comprehensive results and suggested next-steps where applicable. She asked at the end of each section whether I had any further questions, which showed me that she really cared that I understood what I was being shown and how it is useful. Overall a superb session and I will be returning for re-testing to measure how my training is improving the identified weaknesses. Many thanks Jenna! UPDATE: I’ve just had another DEXA 3D scan today, 1 year since my last one. This time it was with Cait. I found her to be very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the DEXA system, body mechanics and dietary/exercise needs. Thank you very much Cait, looking forward to my next scan in 6 months.

From the moment I walked in I was put at ease, the procedure was fully explained to me and any questions I had were answered straight away and not put off until later. After changing into shorts and 'T' shirt (no metal zips etc.) we went to the scanner, a little more explanation on the scanner function, and the scan was started I found it almost relaxing lasting about 3 Mins. The report was produced and fully explained so I could understand the way the details and data were presented. I was never hurried and time was taken answering my questions all in all a very good informative service and experience.
