This was my first time using BodyView for a DEXA scan and it was brilliant. It was incredibly easy to book online, and rearrange my appointment. All the instructions of how to get there were accurate and detailed. The example reports give a very good idea of what you will receive. On arrival Jenna was incredibly welcoming and professional and explained everything. The facilities are first class and immaculately maintained. I couldn't recommend this highly enough. Jenna explained the report in a professional and friendly manner and gave some excellent advice based on my personal health goals. I will definitely be back for more tests as the insights into my health are amazing.

On September the 20th I had my first Dexa scan at Bodyscan. It was a great experience. Kevin was in charge of the scan and after that he gave me a detailed explanation of the scan results. He also gave me a fitness plan to follow and a calorie budget to follow as well. It’s been a month since the scan and I have been following the nutrition and fitness plan to a t, leading to weight loss and hopefully muscle gain which should show up on my next dexa scan. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to lose weight and or build muscle 👍

I turned up to my appointment a little apprehensive as I do not have the best relationship with scales etc. However, Jenna was fast to put me at ease around the inaccuracies of BMI. We went through the process and then I was invited to get changed into comfortable clothing. I had my scan and it takes less than 3 minutes, I then went and sat while Jenna prepared my report. We thoroughly went through each of the categories of where I am and compared to those my age and 25 year old. She gave me so much valuable information and clearly has very strong knowledge in the field, did not have a single question at the end as she covered everything :) I really wish I did this sooner as it has shown me that what I am doing for exercise is working and gave me a goal to lower my body fat percentage a couple of percent to get into the fit category - which is a massive motivation boost!

Bodyscan was brilliant ! Lots of information on body composition and all explained really clearly so even if you’re no medical expert it all makes sense. If you’re into fitness or just trying to be the best you can be then this information will be a really helpful tool for training and nutrition.
