Rob was great at helping me understand my results

I went for my first DEXA scan this week, to get an overview of my bone density, muscle and fat distributions, and clarify my fitness goals. I'm a double below-knee amputee and can't use biometric scales so wasn't sure what to expect to be shown - I was quite nervous. Rob was very professional and approachable, and once the scan was done he provided results on the spot, which he thoroughly explained and provided excellent guidance on. The data in the report is presented clearly, is easy to understand and has given me the assurance I needed that my training to date has been reaping the intended results. Using the indications and recommendations on the report, I now have a clear target for future exercise and diet adjustments. Would definitely recommend.

I booked in with Body View for the full works, DEXA scan, fat max etc. An amazing service by Cait. She was very knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tests. The data insights are quite eye opening. My personal scales that measure fat % are out by almost 30%. Cait broke down the results and helped me form an action plan against my goals which was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend her and Body View more. I will be returning for a progress report.

Super professional and so interesting. I great tool to keep me accountable with my bone health and lean mass especially. A positive experience and I’ll certainly be back in 6 months.

Visited recently for a 3d image and dexa scan- Cait Bunn at Fareham location carried this out- Cait was first class in terms of knowledge and approach, the facility is great too- many thanks.

Very easy to book online had the scan and everything was explained well. Took about 40mins all in and the scan was about 3 min.

Really smooth process, I managed to get a booking within a week. I saw Kevin Garde for my scan, he was super insightful which was great when digesting the results - he's clearly quite knowledgeable in sports/nutrition which is great if you're looking for recommendations/next steps.

Such an interesting and informative overview of my entire body which will give me a strong pathway to follow for overall heath. Really recommend Body Vuew. Kate really knew her stuff too. Excellent.

Great service and very enlightening results

Really impressed with my experience at BodyView yesterday. Had a full Dexa Body Composition Scan. Jenna conducted the session and talked me through the report. It was comprehensive, clear and easy to understand. We talked through lifestyle activities to improve my scores. Came out feeling highly motivated. Intend to book a follow-up in a few months to gauge progress. My thanks to the BodyView team, and particularly Jenna, for making me welcome and providing such a positive service.
