it was great experience. I am always curious about my body fat, visceral fat and lean mass distribution. The result has also provided more than that which bone density etc. Ashley is so friendly and professional. He also advised how to improve overall health, gave some good tips.

Jack explained the whole process beforehand and the scan was undertaken without fuss. Afterwards, Jack explained the results in detail explaining the specifics relating to me as well as the comparative stats for the wider population. A very useful and informative session.

I went to BodyView for a DEXA Scan and a 3D scan and my appointment was with Jack. The scans were so informative and so interesting. Jack explained everything really well from how the appointment would go to explaining the results. I had a great visit to BodyView Southampton. Cait was very friendly knowledgeable about health, body composition and interpreting the results. I've now developed a plan based on the consultation that will help me achieve my goals. I will visit again to see what differences I have made to my visceral fat, bone density and muscle mass based on the changes I have made.

I have to say an absolute brilliant service really has helped with understanding what my body make up is! They’re friendly supported and very helpful in providing support going forward in achieving my goals which was lean mass and increase muscle mass! Would highly recommend them I’ve been three times and have booked another two sessions for later this year! Certainly beats using these other scanning systems around that don’t fully give you your fat mass and muscle mass accurate as a body scan

Today I had my third progress Dexa scan, about a year after my second one. As home and gym weight scales are calibrated differently, I wanted the Dexa scan as that’s the gold standard. It was good to have Kevin do my progress scan and discuss the results with me and review progress in light of normal life challenges. Great value for money. I look forward to my next progress scan, which I’ve prepaid as you get a discounted rate. I also find Kevin serves as one is my accountability partners.

Body composition DexaScan. Easily arranged, comfortable process. Rob explained the results in detail with recommendations and a great report to take away. I love having this data and a framework to maintain the best health I can maintain.

I wanted a clearer picture of my overall health—particularly my visceral fat levels and bone density—since I had no prior reference. The process was smooth and efficient throughout. I was pleased with my body composition results, and for the areas that needed improvement, Arthur was extremely helpful. With 8 years of experience as a PT coach, he offered clear explanations and practical, actionable guidance for moving forward.
