My experience was great from beginning to end. Check in was easy and Rob, my Practioner, was really helpful. He explained everything really well and set out an easy to follow plan. His knowledge was extensive and I would highly recommend using Bodyscan to anyone wanting to better understand whats going on in their body.

I had a phenomenal experience here after booking a DEXA scan. After a quick introductory conversation about exactly why I had booked an appointment, Arthur not only helpfully walked me through what the scan would entail, but took the time after the scan to tell me exactly what its results meant in practical terms. In addition to the extended breakdown he gave, he left me with numerous steps to enact as a result of the scan to ensure optimal health outcomes in the weeks and months thereafter. What a great experience from my initial phone call with Martin, which was really informative and helpful, and he took a genuine interest in my health and weightloss journey. Today I went in with my partner for my Resting Metabolic Rate test, the car park was easy to get to, the building is fully wheelchair accessible, Jenna even cane out to the car to make sure we were ok and would be able to get into the building ok. There was a short chat with Jenna before the test, where she explained everything to me, and asked if I was happy or had any questions. The room for the test was lovely, very relaxing, the ceiling has the wonderful feeling of natural light as you look up through the tree tops to a beautiful blue sky, with soft relaxing music playing in the background, the hardest bit was getting on and off the couch, oh and not falling asleep! After the test, where I held a small tube in my mouth, and had a nose clip, and just laid back and breathed normally for 10 minutes, Jenna came in, made sure I was ok, and then we went back into the main room and talked over the results. Jenna was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, interested in my journey so far, explained other tests that are on offer, but at no point did I feel under any pressure to book anything further. I am already on the waiting list for a dexa scan, which I am really looking forward to. I would highly recommend BodyView, the people are amazing, the building is great, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, it is clean and tidy, and I will definitely be going back. Very professional visit to Bodyscan. Arthur, the consultant, guided me through the process with a very clear explanation on how the scan works and the meaning of the results. He was particularly helpful in pausing during the explanation to ask whether I had any questions. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. One piece of constructive feedback I would provide to Bodyscan as a whole is that in the results you are provided, it would be helpful if graphs were generated to illustrate some of your key metrics against the population percentiles, this visual can be particularly helpful for people who find this method of data representation easier to analyse in comparison with data tables. But overall, I'm very happy with the service provided, an looking forward to my next scan in 8 weeks!

Fantastic return visit to BodyScan. This is a really professional service and we (my Husband and I) will continue to do these annually. Previously visited the Bank city location, which was great, but this time due to working location visited the Marylebone location and saw Rob - another fantastic, professional and friendly appointment. Super clean and efficient facility and the reporting afterwards from Rob was thorough and encouraging! I really like this Marylebone clinic and will probably try and book in here for next time. Booking the session for the following year saves quite a bit of money and is well worthwhile as we know we’ll do it anyway. A fantastic facility & service - highly recommend.

Rob was extremely friendly and helpful! He took the time to explain things and we didn’t feel like we were rushed. In terms of the actual exam, it is very simple and quick and in a very accessible location, close to the Bank station of the Underground.
