Had a baseline scan with Rob Webster this morning. On time efficient, friendly, and most importantly, very informative. If you are going to have a Dexa scan you really want someone that knows what they are doing and be consistent by using the same Dexa consultant every time. Rob was perfect for that.

I enquired at BodyView earlier this week with some questions and Jenna was amazing from her first communication with me! She was super quick with responses and answered all my questions, she even gave me a call to discuss things which was much easier and super helpful! She also offered to come in on a Saturday for me as I had to travel and couldn't make the usual opening times. Her customer service was amazing and she was so genuine and helpful! She also was more than happy to let me go away and have a think before making my booking. I felt looked after right from the beginning! The booking process was really easy and I went to my appointment yesterday. Jenna was very welcoming and friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. She explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions clearly. The scans were very quick and comfortable and then Jenna explained the results very well, giving good advice on areas that need improvement. She has given me advice on how to build muscle which is my goal and I'm looking forward to coming back for another scan to see any changes in my body. I got the DEXA and 3D scan and would definitely recommend if you would like to know what is going on inside your body and track your improvements over time! Thank you Jenna! 😊

Fantastic experience. Very central location near back. Arriving at the location, you check in and within a few minutes you are greeted by the person that will be performing the scan and explaining your results. After an introduction, background and any questions, you go for the scan which was very quick (3 mins). The report is then ready within minutes and then you have a thorough review of your results as well as recommendations. Truly loved the experience. Looking forward to a follow up scan in 6-12 months.

I had my first body scan today, and Kevin was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained how the scanning machine works and guided me through the entire process. After the scan, he went over the report with me, explaining the data, highlighting key points, and suggesting areas to focus on for improvement.
