I had my scan last week with Kevin at Bodyscan City. The scan is so easy and only takes about 3 minutes. After the scan, Kevin provided a very helpful breakdown of my results and a lot of evidence based guidance to better support my diet and any body concerns I had. The results from the scan are very detailed and give a breakdown of fat, muscle and bone mass by body area, and you can also see where you compare to a sample of UK people within your age group. I think this was absolutely worth doing, I found the results and consultation to be so informative and helped me better understand my health and body. I also highly recommend Kevin as all his advice was so considerate, scientifically supported and he was a pleasure to chat to.

I've had 2 scans now and this is a great way to make yourself be accountable for training and nutrition. I'm now planning to continue getting scans to ensure I am getting the results I want. The actual process of the scan is quick and easy and the results give great detail of body composition. Rob is extremely helpful and explains the results clearly.
