I have struggle for a couple of years to remove some belly fat despite diet and routine exercise and a bmi just under 26 and have Type 2 Diabetes. I knew of body composition scans and looked up Bodyscan. The whole process and experience was excellent. The service provided was excellent, inquisitive about my lifestyle and goals and attentive to ensuring I understood the process, results, meaning of the results to me and finishing with a plan that should (with focus from my side) help me to achieve my goals. I was swimming and cycling 30min x 6 days a week which has now split with a bias of gym work. As daunting as that may seem, when you see the information and understand the reasoning it is motivating and compelling. I am eating more than I was and noticing some small changes. I have arranged some progress scans. I would thoroughly recommend if you want to get better understanding and control of weight & health management.
