Pre scan everything was good, in terms of communication/ venue/ punctuality etc. A brief chat with Rob before the scan, then the scan itself only took a few minutes, after which Rob took plenty of time to understand my objectives, make sure i had a thorough understanding of the results, and then combine the two into a forward looking plan. Cheers Rob, see you again in a few months.

Having modified my diet and exercise regime earlier in the year, I was keen to see if my efforts had yielded positive results. Bodyscan is the perfect tool to measure body fat, muscle and bone density - Rob guided us through the process and whilst the scan itself took just a few minutes, Rob spent plenty of time interpreting the results and explaining which areas we needed to focus on (in a completely non-judgmental way). My husband is at the start of his health and fitness journey, so he will be able to monitor his progress very easily with future scan results. Highly recommended

Body scan with Kevin was brilliant. Was made to feel very relaxed and everything was explained really well. We discussed all the results in an easy to follow and understand format ( there are lots of numbers and figures but it all made sense once Kevin explained) Have my next scan booked for December and have set some achievable but challenging fat loss and muscle gain goals.

I am very impressed with the service. Very affordable and excellent advice during each of my progress scans. They have amazing videos on their website or YouTube to explain the results of the dexa scan as well. Definitely recommend them.

DEXA is an extremely thorough and comprehensive scan - if you're data driven and detail focused around your health, I couldn't recommend it enough. Philip was excellent at making sense of the data and giving clear meaning behind the insights, as well as clear guidance on what to focus on in order to achieve the right results.

As a guy entering my late 40s, Rob’s advice has been invaluable. An incredibly effective and realistic tailored programme. I had no idea it would be this easy to lose 1 3/4 inches round the belly in 3 months, without any calorie constraints. Combining resistance training with a a focus on diet and protein was quite easy to execute and Rob just keeps you on course. He is all about consistency.

Excellent scan and report from Rob at Bodyscan. My partner and I learned some really interesting information (presented in an accessible way by Rob) about our body composition. Rob was an expert and patient guide, but best of all, he has inspired us both to make significant changes to our training and diet.

Rob couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He went through my results in detail and advised me on how to improve my health. Though my results were not good news, they give me the information I need to work on making improvements. I booked to have another DEXA scan next year. Well worth the cost!
