How long does it take?
The test itself takes about 30 minutes for the DEXA scans, 20 minutes for the VO2 Max test, 30 minutes for the RMR test, and an additional 5-10 minutes for the 3D body scan. Please allow up to 2 hours for the appointment as we spend the remaining time analysing and explaining the results fully.
Test Results
Your results will provide you with detailed insights into your fitness level, internal and external measurements, bone density, body fat distribution and health risks from issues like osteoporosis.
You will also be provided with a 3D image and detailed measurements of your body, this is ideal for comparing changes over time.
